Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Subscriptions on monthly basis after the first initial order made will fulfil in the beginning of each month (or every other month depending on interval selected). Weekly subscriptions will fulfil based on the selected interval (every 2 weeks, etc.).

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

If you want to change the wine selection in your subscription - you can change it at any time prior to your next fulfilment. Simply email us or fill in a contact form stating your preferred new selection, so we can do this for you as subscription login doesn't allow for changes in wine selection to avoid fulfilment mistakes.

You can manage your subscription at any time, pause and skip orders, as well as restart an existing subscription. You simply need to register an account with the email address you bought a subscription and you will be able to see your details.

Please be aware that when you buy a "subscription product" you are not automatically created an account unless you choose to register during checkout. However you can create an account at any time using the same email and it will recognise that you have a subscription.

If you would like to cancel your subscription please email us at subscriptions@ketowines.com.au at least 5 business days prior to the next charging cycle (in case of 2 week cycle) or before 25th of the month prior to the next month delivery charge.
