Shipping policy
We do not currently ship internationally however we are working on that possibility in the nearest future, please sign up for our newsletter or follow on social @keto_wines.
- We will deliver the products to the delivery address you provide when making your order.
Please be sure to provide the correct address as we cannot change the delivery address if the delivery is in progress.
We deliver Australia wide and if can't deliver to you we will notify you as soon as practicable.
- Delivery costs are included in the cost of the product when it is stated so on the website(for 6 and 12 wine boxes and orders over $120 (except NT), otherwise you will be notified about delivery costs during checkout, please select STANDARD DELIVERY(FREE) option if it's available in your order.
- We normally dispatch products within 1-3 business days from the order placement. PREORDER is dispatched when stated on the product while the full amount of purchase will be charged at the time of the order. Please do not select PREORDER and NOT PREORDER products together as they will be shipped only when PREORDER products will be available.
- Please note that any delivery periods displayed on the Site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company. Usually delivery times can take from 2-15 business days from the time of dispatch depending on the location.
- CURRENTLY we deliver our Parcels through Couriers Please, Fastway, AUSPOST and we deliver to PO boxes and Parcel points. Courier is decided based on your location and current delivery times. If you have a preference - please let us know in your "order notes" or in "bottle preferences" of your order.
- If you need to change the delivery date or delivery address, please notify us immediately in writing. If you change your delivery address after your Billing Day (in case of subscription), we will deliver to the original address and the new delivery address will become effective for your next Billing Day.
- We may deliver the products using a range of delivery methods, as we work with several shipping companies and couriers Australia Wide.
- We retain ownership of the product until we are paid in full after your purchase or your billing date (if on subscription).
- Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address you provided in your order or left at your local post office or collection point to which you have been notified to collect.
