The Origins of Champagne Apollonis can be traced back through Michel Loriot's Family to the 17TH century when his ancestors started growing vines in 1675. Since then 12 generations have followed including Palmyre and Leopold who built the Village's very first press house in 1903.
The Cuvée is being produced at a small, family-run estate to this day.
The Estate has also been awarded The High Environmental Value (HVE) Certificate, The Highest Award recognising respect and care for the land and its biodiversity
Since 2010 all the bottles ageing on lees in the cellars are lulled by the sound of the great composers. And since 2012 they have been playing music in the vineyards to stimulate the natural resistance of the vines.
The nose unveils white fruit fragrances, the palate is well balanced and faithful to the nose. A fruity and tender Cuvée, a tasty and light finish. Perfect harmony between fruit and freshness.
